This Payment Policy explains the methods we accept, how payments are processed, and how pricing and taxes are handled when you shop with Code Culture. Our goal is to make paying for your order simple, secure, and free of surprises.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the major payment methods offered at checkout, which typically include leading credit and debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, along with popular digital wallets and express checkout options where they are available in your region. The full list of methods you can use is always shown to you on the checkout page before you confirm your purchase.

Currency and Conversion

Prices are displayed and charged in the currency shown at checkout. If your card or bank account is held in a different currency, your provider may apply its own exchange rate and conversion or foreign transaction fee. Any such charge is set by your bank rather than by Code Culture, and we are not able to control or refund it.

Secure Processing

All payments are handled by trusted third-party payment processors using industry-standard encryption. Your sensitive card details are transmitted directly to the payment provider and are not stored on our own systems. We rely on providers that maintain recognised security standards for handling card data so that your information stays protected throughout the transaction.

Payment Authorisation and Verification

When you place an order, your payment is authorised and, once approved, collected so that we can begin producing your item. We may carry out standard verification and fraud-prevention checks before accepting an order, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel any transaction that fails those checks or that we reasonably suspect is unauthorised. If a payment is declined by your provider, your order will not be completed, and you may need to try a different method or contact your bank.

Taxes and Duties

Applicable taxes are calculated and shown during checkout in line with the rules for your destination. For orders shipped across a border, additional import duties or local taxes may be charged by the destination country on delivery. Those charges are set by your local authorities, are separate from the amount you pay us, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Pricing and Errors

We take care to display correct prices, but errors can occasionally occur. If we discover that an item was listed at an incorrect price after you have ordered, we will contact you before processing so you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel. Placing an order does not oblige us to honour an obvious pricing mistake.

Promotional Codes

Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to their own conditions, may be limited in time, and cannot be combined unless we state otherwise. A valid code must be entered at checkout to apply, as we are unable to add a discount to an order after it has been placed.
