Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping worldwide on every product, with one exception: shirts. Shipping on shirts is calculated at checkout. You can read the full details in our shipping policy.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return period on all products, starting from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
All original packaging and tags must be included
A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

You still have 30 days from delivery to flag a problem. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, email us at hello@codeculture.store and we will make it right.

Can I exchange an item?
